I am truly grateful to the Sahitya Sparsh Awards for providing such a well-deserved platform for my book, enabling it to reach more readers. This recognition means a great deal to me, as my primary goal as an author is to spread awareness about the true essence of love, devotion, and spiritual surrender.
2. Shiva Gauri: Magic of Divine Love is deeply rooted in devotion and spirituality. What inspired you to write a story centered around the divine love between Lord Shiva and Gauri?
I am inspired by the God I worship — Lord Shiva. My personal experience of a divine relationship filled with love and devotion inspired me to express those feelings through prose and poetry, which I compiled into this book as a loving dedication to my Lord.
As a devotee, everything I have written is an expression of my innermost, heartfelt love for Lord Shiva, who is the sole reason and inspiration behind all my efforts. It is His divine force that enabled me to write this book, and therefore, all credit belongs to Him alone — He wrote through me.
3. You weave divinity into your writing beautifully. How does your personal spiritual journey influence the way you craft your narratives and poetry?
Everything that I am today is because of the deep and intense devotion that Lord Shiva has bestowed upon me. This feeling could never have arisen in my heart had I not meditated upon Him with complete dedication and surrender. I meditated with a pure and loving heart, and in return, I received this priceless blessing of devotion.
This connection has brought me so close to Him that I constantly feel His presence — His companionship at every moment. It gives me a strength and bliss that no worldly relationship can offer. This profound love alone provides me with the insight and imagination to express my feelings through prose and poetry.
4. As a dental surgeon and an author, how do you balance two very different worlds — medicine and spiritual literature?
When one dives deeper into spirituality, one begins to see the same Divine presence everywhere and in everything. With this awareness, balancing the outer and inner worlds becomes easier. Even while working, creative ideas often come to me, and I write them down whenever I find a moment of free time.
5. Your Shiva Gauri trilogy has touched the hearts of many readers. What message do you hope readers take away from these books?
I believe these books can guide readers on their own spiritual journeys as they experience the mesmerizing path of pure love, devotion, and surrender. Through this journey, they may connect with their true divine self, purifying the heart, mind, and soul, and drawing closer to God and His transforming divine love.
This divine love brings everlasting peace, contentment, and happiness — just as it has transformed my own life through the devotional act of writing these books. I hope readers not only absorb this message but also spread the light of divine love to others, allowing it to transform lives with joy and inner peace.
6. As an ardent devotee of Lord Shiva, what role does devotion play in your creative process? Do you experience moments of divine guidance while writing?
It is devotion — and devotion alone — that ignites my creativity. His divine guidance continually inspires and directs me to write, purely for the sake of His love.
7. Many readers describe your writing as both poetic and emotionally immersive. How do you maintain a balance between storytelling and soulful expression?
Whenever I sit down to write, I relive my devotional moments with Him. I imagine myself both as His devotee and His consort, and naturally, divine scenes of loving interaction begin to flow into my mind.
From this space, storytelling and poetry emerge effortlessly. Love brings bliss at times, and at other moments, longing, pain, and restlessness — all of which find expression through poetry. Since both arise spontaneously from devotion, there is no conscious effort required to balance the two.

10. Spiritual fiction is a unique and deeply meaningful genre. What challenges do you face while writing in this space, and how do you overcome them?
I regularly read spiritual literature, practice meditation and worship, and engage in devotional singing. These practices keep me connected to my spiritual self, from where all creative ideas flow.
The primary challenge is remaining deeply connected to the soul through constant remembrance of God, because it is solely His divine power that shines through my creativity.
11. What future projects can readers look forward to? Are more divine stories in the making?
Currently, I am working on a book centered around the divine love of Radha and Krishna. In this story, Lord Shiva incarnates as Radha to experience the same longing and restlessness that Gauri once felt for Him. Gauri, taking the form of Krishna, guides Radha on her spiritual journey.

In today’s materialistic world, we are gradually losing touch with our true essence — our spiritual self. We are divine souls, inseparable from the Supersoul, or God. To reconnect with this truth, we must follow the path of meditation, faith, and devotion, allowing divine love and surrender to transform our lives with lasting peace, love, and bliss.
Through my own experiences, I have realized how indispensable meditation is for anyone seeking to feel God’s living presence — both within the heart and externally as a constant companion who never abandons us. I sincerely wish for everyone who seeks Him to experience the divine bliss of His presence, which is truly possible through meditation and devotion. Only then can one experience the magic of His divine love.
